Do you have minimums?
No minimums, ever. Order a single transfer or a thousand — same per-unit pricing.
What sizes do you offer?
Standard sizes from 3" to 22" wide. Our Gang Sheet Builder lets you pack any combination of designs onto a single sheet for the best price per square inch.
How long do they last?
Lab-tested for 100+ wash cycles when pressed at 310°F (155°C) for 12-15 seconds with firm pressure. No cracking, peeling, or fading.
What's the turnaround time?
Same-day printing when you order before 1pm ET (Mon-Fri). Most orders ship the same day or next business day from our NYC facility.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG (transparent background preferred), PDF, and high-resolution JPEG. We recommend 300 DPI at print size for the sharpest results.
What temperature should I press at?
285°F (155°C) for 8-12 seconds with firm, even pressure. Instant Peel.
What's your refund policy?
100% satisfaction guaranteed. If a transfer arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your file, we'll reprint or refund — no questions asked. Email us within 14 days of delivery.
Can I pick up locally in NYC?
Yes — same-day pickup available at our New York City facility. Pick "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready (usually the same day for orders placed before 1pm ET).
